This bowl is creamy, indulgent, and still balanced

This Recipe Contains

180–240g Greek Yoghurt
4-5 Medium Strawberries
1 Medium Banana
25-30g Rolled Oats
1tsp Chia Seeds
1-2tbsp Crushed Pistachios
1-2tbsp Dubai Chocolate Spread
1-2tbsp Plant Based Milk
1tsp Honey

Instructions

1

Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a serving bowl and smooth out the surface.

Measure out ¾–1 cup of Neogal Greek yoghurt. Add it to your bowl using a spoon or spatula. Gently spread the yoghurt to create an even, smooth base for your toppings. This helps the toppings sit nicely and makes the final presentation neater.

2

Add a splash of plant-based milk if you prefer a looser, creamier texture.

Pour 1–2 tablespoons of Califia plant-based milk over the yoghurt. Mix lightly until you reach the desired consistency—thicker for a spoonable bowl or looser if you prefer a creamier base. Avoid over-mixing so the yoghurt stays fluffy.

3

Arrange the strawberries and banana over the yoghurt.

Slice 4–5 strawberries and ½–1 banana into even pieces. Place them on top of the yoghurt: you can group them together, layer them in a circle, or decorate them however you like. Try to spread them evenly so you get fruit in every bite.

4

Sprinkle over the oats or granola, chia seeds, pistachios, and shredded coconut.

Add ¼ cup oats or granola around or over the fruit. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon chia seeds for texture and nutrition. Add 1–2 tablespoons crushed pistachios for crunch and flavour. Finish with 1 tablespoon shredded coconut to add aroma and light sweetness. Try to distribute toppings evenly so each spoonful has a mix of textures.

5

Warm the Dubai chocolate spread slightly so it loosens.

Place 1–2 tablespoons of Gusto Etna Dubai chocolate spread in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 5–10 seconds—just enough to soften it, not melt it completely. Alternatively, warm the sealed jar in warm water for a few minutes. Stir until smooth and pourable.

6

Drizzle the chocolate over the bowl, followed by a light honey or juice drizzle.

Using a small spoon, drizzle the warmed chocolate spread over the fruit and toppings in thin ribbons. Add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of honey or Jaffa Plus juice, depending on your preferred sweetness. Drizzle gently so it enhances the bowl without overpowering the fresh ingredients.

7

Serve immediately and enjoy while the textures are fresh.

Serve the bowl right away to keep the granola crunchy and the fruit fresh. If preparing ahead, add granola and drizzles only right before serving to maintain texture. Enjoy as a breakfast bowl, snack, or light dessert.
