Sugar-Free Strawberry Tiramisu

Guilt-free delicious tiramisu using simple healthy ingredients.

This Recipe Contains

Cream Filling:
250g Mascarpone Cheese (room temperature)
400g Neogal 2% Fat Greek Yog (Exclusively at Welbee's)
1tbsp Honey
1tsp Vanilla Extract
Strawberry Syrup:
400g Fresh Strawberries
1tbsp Lemon Juice
1tbsp Honey
Others:
200g Sugar-Free Lady Fingers Biscuits (or similar)
20g Crushed Pistachios or Cocoa Powder
Extra Strawberries for Garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberry Syrup

Blend the strawberries, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.

Make the Cream Filling

In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone, Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Soak the Ladyfingers

To assemble, lightly soak ladyfingers in the strawberry syrup, don’t let them get too soggy.

Assemble the Tiramisu Layers

Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a dish (20x20 cm or similar). Spread half of the cream mixture over them. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, and the remaining cream.

Add Toppings & Garnish

Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top, following by some sliced strawberries.

Chill and Set

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
