Golden, chewy yogurt bagels with a lightly crisp crust and nutty seed topping. A simple, protein-rich bake that’s perfect for quick breakfasts or lunch sandwiches. Makes 4 bagels.
This Recipe Contains
240g (1 cup) Greek yogurt, 10% fat
180g (1.5 cups) flour (you can mix oat and self raising, or all self raising)
Optional: seed toppings such as poppy and sesame
Instructions

Combine ingredients in a bowl.

Form into a ball of dough, and divide your dough into 4 balls.

Flour your surface, and shape your balls into a rope shape, then pinch the ends together to form a circle.

Optional step: brush on some oil or egg white and sprinkle a few seeds on top.

Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C in the airfryer OR in the oven on gas mark 5 (190 °C), and bake for 25 minutes on the top shelf.
